Keep Bulldogs Runnin’ Strong

Why Your Gift Matters
Sometimes a student’s path is interrupted by an unexpected expense—medical bills, food insecurity, housing, or transportation. Bulldog Cares provides emergency financial support to help students stay enrolled and continue their education when crises arise. It’s a joint initiative led by Student Development, Student Success, and Financial Planning—built to remove short-term barriers so students don’t have to leave Gardner-Webb for financial reasons.
What Bulldog Cares Supports
Your donation fuels rapid, needs-based help that can include food, travel, transportation, healthcare, and other urgent essentials—support determined by a committee that oversees requests and ensures funds go where they’re needed most.
Note: Emergency aid complements (but does not replace) traditional financial aid; students must first exhaust available aid resources before receiving Bulldog Cares assistance.
