This 26.2 mile race is a World Marathon Major. Laurie lost her son Brian to cancer November 2008 and is running it to help kill cancer one step, one cent, and one cell at a time.  http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR?fr_id=89738&pg=personal&px=47031029
