How do I edit my registration?

After registering for a race on RunSignUp, you can view and edit your registration by signing into RunSignUp, going to your "Profile" page, clicking on "My Registered Races", and then "View/Edit Registration". Here you will have the option to request a refund, transfer, update your giveaway, purchase an add-on, join/create a group, become a fundraiser, and/or defer a registration (unless the race has not enabled these features). If one of these options is not available to you, then please contact the race directly for more information on their policies. Their email is listed in the "Race Contact Info" section of the race page.

How do I refund my registration?

Certain races allow runners to refund their registration through RunSignUp. If online refunds are enabled for the race you have signed up for, then you will find the option to do so by going to your "Profile" page, clicking "My Registered Races", and opening up "View/Edit Registration". Detailed instructions on how to "Request a Refund" can be found in the "How To" section of RunSignUp. If online refunds are not enabled for a race, then you will need to contact the race directly to learn more about their refund policy. Their email is listed in the "Race Contact Info" section of the race page.

How do I transfer to a different event/participant?

If transfers are enabled for the race you have signed up for, then you will find the option to do so by going to your "Profile" page, clicking "My Registered Races", and opening up "View/Edit Registration". There are two different types of transfers ("Event to Event" and "Participant to Participant"). Instructions on each type can be found in the "How To" section of RunSignUp. If transfers are not enabled, then you will need to contact the race directly to learn more about their transfer policy. Their email is listed in the "Race Contact Info" section of the race page.

To contact a race regarding their refund and/or transfer policies, pricing setup, or other event specific issues, please use the email listed in the "Race Contact Info" section of the race page.
