This is a 1/4-mile loop, so don't get dizzy. But seriously, you'll be back running through the start/finish area every few minutes. Feel free to stash something in that space. We'll have water in that area for you, but if you need any sports drink or gels you should bring your own. 

Due to the nature of the event, strollers are allowed but discouraged, and participation with pets, bicycles, hoverboards, zebras, inline skates, etc., are all prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.
