Lifeguard High Priority

Details

We are seeking certified lifeguards to guard an open water triathlon swim at an inland lake. You will be working from 6:00am-1:30pm. We will pay you $150 ($20/hr) or offer you a free race voucher for your time. Please wear your guard uniform/suit and bring your guard fanny pack (with CPR mask, whistle & gloves). We will provide you with a throw buoy and walkie-talkie. If you do not have a guard fanny pack with those items, please us know, and we will get you one. Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses/visor or hat, and a change of clothes. We will also provide food and drink. You will be guarding in the water (waist deep) or in a kayak (your choice). You will get orientation on-site from 6am-7am. You will be in the water from about 7:00am-10:00am, break till the kids races, guard again from 12-1:30pm. Clean up after. Once you are done with your detail go to the registration tent to receive payment or get your race voucher. Zoom Multisport Racing is looking for volunteers to help with our summer triathlons. We accept volunteers of all ages and can offer you $15/hr (for those over age 14), a free race voucher, or service hours. We ask that volunteers under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult. You will be working on race day (Sunday) from 6:00am-1:30pm in one of the following areas: registration, body marking, aid stations, course directions, or finish line. We will train you and assign you a post on race day. Please wear comfortable clothes, sunscreen and bring water. We will also have more drinks, food, and snacks too. Once you are done with your detail go to the registration tent to receive payment or get your race voucher. Zoom Multisport Racing is looking for volunteers to help set-up for our summer triathlons. We accept volunteers of all ages and can offer you $15/hr (for those over age 14), a free race voucher, or service hours. We ask that volunteers under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult. You will be working on Saturday from 11:00am-4:00pm assisting with race set-up. You will be asked to set-up equipment, lift and move race supplies, pack race bags, set-up the race course and other related tasks. We will train you on site when you arrive. Please wear comfortable clothes, sunscreen and bring water. We will also have more drinks, food, and snacks too. Once you are done with your detail go to the registration tent to receive payment or get your race voucher.
