Details

Packet pickup will occur on the Thursday and Friday before the race at Rochester Running Company (1387 Mt Hope Ave). Responsibilities include using a computer to look up athlete, assign a bib, and distribute shirts. Shifts have a 15 minute overlap to facilitate hand-off.

Volunteers will meet in Johnson Hall on the main level of the Third Presbyterian Church by 6:45 AM to receive assignment and instruction. By 7:30, you should walk to your assigned spot on the course to be in place by the start of the races. Inform runners of any hazards or turns in the route. If participants need help, notify race staff. Cheer for, thank, encourage and motivate participants. Dress for the weather!
