Volunteers will guide sponsors to their setup area and runners and families to parking, located at Ridge Road Middle School.

Course Marshalls

This is a great job for seeing the race in progress! Volunteers will cheer on 5K participants, guide them at turns, and keep the course clear.

Volunteers will receive their assigned location closer to race day.

Water Station Team

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteers will cheer on 5K participants and help keep them hydrated! The water station team will be responsible for handing water to runners while they are on the course. They will also be responsible for cleaning up cups and trash at the end of the event. This is a great opportunity for a team or group to volunteer together!

The corner of Highland Creek Parkway and Beauvista Drive.

Family Fun Run Helpers

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Volunteers will help Family Fun Run participants line up, guide them at turns, and keep the course clear.

Volunteers will receive their assigned location closer to race day.

After the Race

Tear-Down Team High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will help collect traffic cones, signs, and trash from along the course after the race is complete.

Medal & Awards Crew

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Volunteers will help hand out medals for both the Family Fun Run and 5K as participants cross the finish line.

Extra Fun Roles

Cheer Squad

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Calling all cheerleaders to line the 5K course with signs, noisemakers, and energy! We are looking for groups of friends, community organizations, youth sports teams, volunteer groups, and school teams or clubs to cheer on our participants!

An award will be given for the cheer squad with the most energy!

Location

Locations will be assigned closer to race day. Let us know if you have a preference for your place on the course!
