Details

Volunteers with assist distributing race packets, bib numbers and race swag to the athletes. You may be asked to help sell merchandise and to assist with setup/teardown packet pickup as well.

May 2nd location - Mt. Pleasant Winery, packet pickup will be located in the small parking lot located at the intersection of High and Weber Street. Look for the tent by the start and finish line when you arrive.

Race Set Up High Priority

This may require some heavy lifting. We always need so much help with this area!

Location

Mt. Pleasant Winery small parking lot located at the intersection of High and Weber Street will be the main place this will occur, but you may also be needed out on the course.

Parking Attendant Medium Priority

Details

Volunteers will help with help guide athletes to parking spots and to the trolley pickup stops.

Aid Station #1 at the Augusta Trailhead High Priority

This position is great for kids paired with an adult. The volunteer's main responsibility is to ensure water and/or Gatorade is supplied for athletes at the aid station. Volunteers will need to fill cups and hand them out to the athletes. Also, please ensure cups are picked up off ground during the race. There will be a trashcan provided. This Aid Station will service 5K, 10K & Half Marathon Athletes.

Location

Augusta Trailhead on the Katy Trail near 5533 Water Street Augusta, MO 63332, you may park right next to the aid station.

Aid Station #2 on the Katy Trail near Klondike Trailhead High Priority

This position is great for kids paired with an adult. The volunteer's main responsibility is to ensure water and/or Gatorade is supplied for athletes at the aid station. Volunteers will need to fill cups and hand them out to the athletes. Also, please ensure cups are picked up off ground during the race. There will be a trashcan provided. This Aid Station will service 10K & Half Marathon Athletes.

Location

The aid station is located on the Katy Trail near the 1st Klondike Trailhead if you are headed East on the Katy Trail. You will be able to park in Klondike Park and walk down the hill to reach the aid station.

Aid Station #3 in Klondike Park at the Hogsback Trailhead High Priority

This position is great for kids paired with an adult. The volunteer's main responsibility is to ensure water and/or Gatorade is supplied for athletes at the aid station. Volunteers will need to fill cups and hand them out to the athletes. Also, please ensure cups are picked up off ground during the race. There will be a trashcan provided. This Aid Station will service Half Marathon Athletes.

Location

This aid station is located near the entrance of Klondike Park at the Hogsback Trailhead. You can drive to the location and park on the shoulder of the road across from the aid station.

Run Course Marshals Medium Priority

Details

Volunteers will be directing athletes on the course. Telling them where to turn around or which way to go.

Location

Various locations on the course. When you signup please indicate if you have a preference to work a specific stretch of the race or a particular race (for example; I have a friend running the 10K so I would like to be stationed along the 10K route)

Floater Low Priority

This position would to help where needed for the race.

Finish Line Medium Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

After a participant crosses the finish line you will assist with handing out medals and/or food and drink (must be 21 years old because some of the beverages contain alcohol)

Mt. Pleasant Winery, the finish line will be located in the small parking lot located at the intersection of High and Weber Street.

Race Tear Down High Priority
