Details

Volunteers on Croton Pond will be responsible for keeping an eye on racers and assisting any racers that may tip or flip their vessel. Any volunteer in this position must be capable of lifting and holding heavy objects in the event of an over turned boat.

Volunteers in this position will be expected to provide a boat or pontoon, that is current on registration and have the required amount of PFD's on board.

Details

Volunteers in this position will be responsible for assisting any racer that verbally requests assistance in carrying their boat from the portage on Croton Pond, down to the launch area on the Muskegon River. Volunteers will need to be able to lift 40+ pounds to complete this task.

Volunteers in this position are responsible to shuttle racers/volunteers/spectators to and from public parking to a designated drop off/pick up location. Must provide valid DL and have good driving record.

If able, volunteer to provide vehicle capable of towing kayak trailer. If no vehicle available please notify us after registering.

Details

Volunteers at this location will be assisting a USCA jigging representative in lifting and moving racer boats after they complete the race. Any volunteer in this location must be able to lift 50lbs.
