Details

The aid station provides water to 5K run/walk participants as the pass by. Responsibilities include - setup, handing out water, cleanup of the area. All supplies will be dropped at this location and you will be able to walk from the Middle School to access the aid station. Race Staff will come by and pickup supplies after the race.

Check-in at Grandville Middle School 3535 Wilson Avenue, Grandville.

After check-in can proceed to the Aid Station location is behind Grandville Middle School at the corner of Choctaw and Aaron. (can easily walk to the aid station behind the school and thru the ball fields.)

Details

The Course Crew assists in the setup of barricades at street intersections and will hold traffic while participants are passing by. Your post assignment will be provided at check-in. The barricades will be set, pull into place to block traffic, and remove after the participants have passed.

Details

Volunteers will assist with directing and lining up the participants at the start line.

Once the event has started volunteers will assist at the finish line helping direct participants out of the area to post race refreshments, hand out water/cooling towels and/or finisher medals, place water bottles out for participants along with finisher medals for them to grab.

Volunteers may also assist with the setup of post race refreshment area.

Kid's Run

Details

Assist event staff with the execution of the Kid's Dash on the football field. This may include but is not limited to helping with the "warm up" activities, gathering the kiddos and helping them stage at their "start line", helping them at the "finish line" get connected back with parents if needed. Cheer them on as they run.

Packet Pickup will be on Friday at the Visser Family YMCA between 5-7pm - arrival is at 4:45pm. Assisting with late registration, bib assignment and t-shirt distribution.

Packet Pickup will be on Saturday at Grandville Middle School between 7a - 7:45a. Plan to arrive no later than 6:45 am to assist other team members with late registration, bib assignment and t-shirt distribution.
