You will be located at the top of the stairs to the bar area. Check that attendees on the guest list, offer them a nametag & raffle ticket, hand out giveaways. Please make sure the raffle tickets are delivered to the stage, at the start of the program.

Details

Set-up table in pre-function area with group awards (Race Directors, Program Directors, Series) for recipient pick-up before and after the program. Be present at the table until the start of the program as well as directly after the program to assist recipients in finding their awards. During the program itself, you may take a seat and enjoy dinner.
