December 16, 2023

Details

Help set up packet pick up unloading and organizing plastic bins. Issue race packets to participants. Must be able to hear the the bib number and find the race packet.

Some packet pick up volunteers will be using the RaceDay CheckIn app. An information sheet will be provided in advance on "How To" to download and use the RaceDay CheckIn app and on-site training will be provided to use the app. (It is VERY user-friendly and intuitive!)

This is early morning and requires that you're on your feet for the duration of packet pick up. After your packet pick up volunteering you will be able to volunteer for another volunteer position or run the Frosty 5K.

Parking Volunteer

You must be 15-79 years old to volunteer for this task.

Race Day Registration and Shirt Swap

December 16, 2023

Details

If there is race day registration, direct the participant to scan the QR code for registering on their on smartphone or direct them to the on-line form on the iPads (race provides the iPad, you provide the tech assistance if required by the registrant.) After registration you will use the RaceDay CheckIn app to check them in and assign race bib and issue race shirt (if available)

An information sheet will be provided in advance on "How To" to download and use the RaceDay CheckIn app and on-site training will be provided to use the app. (It is VERY user-friendly and intuitive!)

Additionally, from the inventory of race shirts, you'd be checking a small inventory to assist participants who want to change their shirt size. Shirt swap requires a customer friendly attitude.
