Assist participants with registration/check in using the RaceDay CheckIn App. You will want to download the app prior to PPU. The run.Windsor Race Series Crew will provide instructions on how to manage PPU with registration and verifying participant check in. Once participant has registered and/or checked in you will hand participant their SWAG bag with race bib, swag, and answer questions participants might have. The run.Windsor Race Crew/Directors will be present to answer any questions and support.

Aid Station Team Captains are responsible for recruiting a team of 2-4 to operate their aid station. Aid station captains are in charge of picking up supplies, organizing + operating their aid station.

***This is the turnaround location for the Half Marathon

Aid Stations will be responsible for supplying runners/walkers with water, electrolyte drinks, nutrition as planned for the race. Aid Stations will play a vital role in runner/walker safety, encouraging participants, and providing an atmosphere of fun for runner/walkers as they pass through. You will receive important updates from the run.Windsor Race Directors as we get closer to the event. Your aid station location will be clearly marked on where to set up.

Aid Station #1 will be located on the West side of CR23, before runners cross on the way out. See Google link on Assignment location. You'll see half marathon runners at Mile 1.5 and again at mile 11.5. Your aid station location will be clearly marked on where to set up. ***This is the turnaround location for the 5K runners. 10k runners will run through your aid station 2x (inbound/outbound). You'll see 10k runners at Mile 1.5 and again at Mile 4.5, and 5k runners at Mile 1.5, right before and after they turnaround.
