Details

Volunteers will be needed to help distribute race day bibs to participants.

You must have an eye for detail and be able to use a Chromebook.

You will be checking ID when runners arrive to verify, they are the person on the registration, marking the back of the bib with their shirt size, and helping answer race day questions

Details

Volunteers will help with race day distribution of t-shirts. You must be able to lift 25 lbs.

You may need to lift and open the boxes of shirts.

You will be checking the back of the participant bibs to check for size and mark off that they already received a shirt.

Wear comfortable/casual clothing.

You will be outside, wear sunscreen and a hat. You will be provided with a safety vest that you will return at the end of the event.

Water and snacks will be available.

Groups of 4 to 6 volunteers are needed to pass water out on the COURSE.

This is a super fun task if you love cheering on the runners and keeping them hydrated.

Volunteers are needed to unpack and display medals, hand out our medals to finishers, set up and pass out race day refreshments.

You should be able to lift 25lbs

Can't make it early in the morning? Help is needed starting from 9:30 am to 11 to break down the expo, move tables, chairs, and canopies to an area that they can be loaded into trucks. Throw away trash and check area for any debris left over from the race.
