Information
The run/walk will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 on the campus of Stafford Hospital and is part of the Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix, a series of twelve races that take place in our region, and the Stafford Race Series, a set of five races to promote community engagement and wellness activities in the county. Race proceeds from this event benefit Stafford Hospital and help fund various programs and services at Stafford Hospital which help us meet our mission "to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve."

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To ensure runner safety, unregistered runners, unauthorized vehicles, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and running with dogs are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in removed from the racecourse and immediate disqualification. Course is not closed to traffic, headphones are discouraged. Baby joggers are permitted in the race and must start in the back."

Awards
5K awards will be given to the OVERALL top three males and the OVERALL top three females.
5k awards will also be given to the top three males and the top three females in each of the following age groups: 14 & under; 15–19; 20–24; 25–29; 30–34; 35–39; 40–44; 45–49; 50–54; 55–59; 60–64; 65–69; 70 & over.
Kids 1/2-mile Fun Run awards will be given to the overall top three males and the overall top three females 12 years and younger. Kids that participate will receive a finisher medal.
1/2 Mile and 5K Course
Both race courses are USATF Certified courses starting and finishing at Stafford Hospital.
Packet Pick Up
We will host two packet pickups. All registered participants will receive a shirt if they register by 11:59 p.m. on March 16. Packets will not be mailed.

Race Day Packet Pick Up:
If you cannot pick up your race packet on Thursday or Friday, please pick up your packet at the registration table when you arrive on Saturday, April 11. Packet Pick Up and Registration open at 7:00 A.M.

Team Challenge
Let's come together for some FUN and have a Team Challenge! Create a team and invite friends, families, co-workers, church members, sorority and fraternity members, and any members from other special organizations to join you. The team with the LARGEST number of registered participants will WIN a team award!
If you want to create a team, start by clicking the SIGN UP button, and choose the 5K event. You will be asked if you would like to "Join or create a team". Choose "yes" and "continue". After you read and sign your waiver, you will see a button that reads, "Create a New Team". Anyone you invite to join your team will click the button that reads, "Join an existing team".
Team registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1.
If you don't want to create or join a team, no worries! Just click the button that reads, "No team". It's that's easy!

We have 5 fantastic in-person races that'll keep you moving all year long, so grab your family and friends and get registered! Register with the Stafford Race Series Bundle and save $5 on each race when you register for all 5 at once. Those who complete all 5 races in the series will receive their finisher swag after the Frosty 5K. The 2026 finisher gift will be a Stafford Race Series Sweatshirt!
