Description

Track your Workouts during the week and virtually make your way across Tennessee on Interstate 24.

Want to do something fun while doing your daily or weekly workouts. With this virtual event you can run or walk and report your distance in the virtual results giving you something to virtually work towards accomplishing.  Every time you do another run or walk, come back and log it in the event. As you enter your distance your progress will show on the map as you virtually make your way down Tennessee Interstate 24 totalling 180 miles. The map will start at Exit 1, the KY state line at Clarksville, and end at Chattanooga at Interstate 75 just before the Georgia state line. As you reach certain areas on your way down the interstate map, there will be milestones you will reach for example reaching Nashville, Murfreesboro, Manchester and so on. You will have 4 months to complete the 180 miles. Some people may run or walk 1 mile here and there and others log several miles a day. It’s just your pace.  Again, this is just something fun to keep your motivation going throughout the summer.

By registering for the event, you will receive a “I Ran Tennessee I-24 Challenge” T-shirt. This will be mailed to you.

Join in the fun and make your daily workouts apply to something really cool.

Once you do your daily workout, or every other day, come to the below page and log your workout distance.  You can list your time as well if you want, but not necessary to see your progress across the state.
