This is a free event open to all children! Kids will participate in a short sprint, organized into the following age groups:

• 3 years old and under

• Ages 4–6

• 7 years old and up

Kids Dash registrants can pick up their capes at Finish Line Fest before the Dash begins.

Around 9:15 AM, we will begin gathering all Kids Dash participants at the Starting Line. We’ll kick things off with a fun warm-up dance to the “Cha-Cha Slide.” This will also serve as the final call for any remaining Kids Dash runners to head to the Starting Line.

Parents are welcome to run alongside their children — bib or no bib — whatever is most comfortable and safe.

Once the “Cha-Cha Slide” ends, the Kids Dash will officially begin! They’ll be joined by some of the community’s most beloved mascots—get ready for high-fives and big smiles!
