The Race to Cure Sarcoma (RTCS) Louisville brings together hundreds of members of the community who have been impacted by sarcoma. We celebrate, honor, and remember those affected by this rare disease. Join us in the race today!
Please note that anyone registering after Monday, August 3rd at 11:59 PM will not have the opportunity to join or create a team during registration. However, we can manually move an individual registration to a team by contacting us at events@curesarcoma.org.

Schedule:
- 7:30am - 9:15am: Packet Pickup. Same Day registration is also available during this time.
- 9:00am: Opening Ceremony
- 9:30am: 5K Run/1 MileWalk
- 10:15am (estimate): Closing Ceremony & Awards
- 10:45 am: Auction Closes
Race Distances: 5K Run or 1-Mile Walk
Registration Fees:
- Adult: $35
- Children (Age 6 - 12): $10
- Children (Age 5 and under): FREE
- All registered participants will receive a t-shirt and medal
Packet Pick Up:
- Pick up your race bib and t-shirt at the Registration Tent starting at 7:30 AM on race morning!
- Team Captains will collect race bibs and t-shirts for their entire team at the designated Team Pick-Up Tents, also beginning at 7:30 AM. Please do not approach the Team Pick-Up Tent unless you are a team captain.
- Team Captains are encouraged to communicate with their team in advance to coordinate a designated time and meeting spot for distributing race packets.
- Individual participants (not part of a team) will pick up their race shirt and bib at the Individual Packet Pick-Up/Same-Day Registration Tent.
What is allowed at the event:
- Dogs (must remain on a leash at all times)
- Strollers
- Wheelchairs
What happens if it rains:
- The event will take place rain or shine!
