Whether you are looking for a refund, to defer to the following year, or transfer to another event, Tris4Health's Risk-Free Racing policy has you covered. Complete refunds 60 days or more prior to the race and free transfers, distance changes, deferrals, etc. up to the day before the race. Everyone says they put athletes first, Tris4Health actually does it.
60 DAYS OR MORE FROM YOUR RACE
= FULL REFUND OF YOUR RACE ENTRY.
This is as simple as it sounds. You might have a great reason you can’t race or might not; it doesn’t matter to us. Whatever the reason, all you have to do is log into your RunSignUp account and claim your refunded race entry fee.
That’s it. You don’t need additional insurance or other nonsense to get your refund.
What we can't refund:
- The RunSignUp fee you were charged when you registered.
- Merchandise that was bought when you registered, as we likely already mailed that out to you.
LESS THAN 60 DAYS FROM YOUR RACE
= VOUCHER WORTH 100% OF THE VALUE OF YOUR ENTRY.
FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DEFER OR TRANSFER EVENTS/DISTANCES AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
This voucher is valid for an entire year, and you can use it however you want.
For example: If you have a $75 entry at Peak2Peak and decide to bail a month out, then you have $75 to spend on something else. It could be another event, a lesser distance at the same race, a gravel event next spring, a few 5ks, a sprint tri at other events, or a P2P hoodie and hat. You choose what to spend your money on until the value of the voucher is claimed.
IMPORTANT: HOW TO CLAIM A VOUCHER
- Vouchers are created by “deferring” your race entry.
- Click the button below for steps on how to defer your entry.
- Once completed, you can use that voucher to sign up for another event, a shorter distance at the same event, or whatever you would like. It all starts with deferring.
What we can't refund:
- The RunSignUp fee you were charged when you registered.
- Merchandise that was bought when you registered, as we likely already mailed that out to you.
