Welcome to our 15th Annual NAMI Lehigh Valley Race & Walk!
We are back for our 15th year where participants can choose between our 5K Run and our awareness walk located at the scenic Lehigh Parkway. Our 5K is once again professionally timed, and runners will have a chance to win our fan-favorite cookie medals along with gift certificates and our heartfelt thanks. Prizes for overall winners as well as age group winners.
100% of the proceeds of our event goes directly to NAMI Lehigh Valley to support our continuing mission of providing education and support to individuals and families affected by mental illness and to educating the public about mental health.
LOCATION: Lehigh Parkway, Allentown, PA! (GPS address is: 2050 Park Drive Allentown PA 18103)
EVENT SCHEDULE:
8 a.m. Check-in/on-site registration begins
9 a.m. 5K Start
10 a.m. Awareness Walk Start
How to participate and support NAMI Lehigh Valley:
-Compete in the 5K Run
-Walk in our annual awareness walk
-Volunteer at the event
-Donate to NAMI Lehigh Valley
Also joining us will be local vendors and DJ Solrac. Light refreshments and snacks available.
The events are held rain or shine. They will be cancelled in the event of dangerous weather, in which case, there will not be a refund.
