4:00 - 7:00pm - Packet Pick - Surf City Brewing: 402 Alston Blvd Ext, Hampstead, NC 28443
Saturday September 19
6:00am - 7:15am - On Site Packet Pick Up (Sound Side Park)
7:30am - Pre-Race Meeting - all participants must attend
8:00 - Biathlon, Relay, Wild Card and Paddle Only Start
10:00 - Awards
All registrations must be completed online before arriving at Packet Pickup.
Parking
There is parking in the Sound Side Park (DO NOT PARK IN SPACES MARKED “FOR TRAILER PARKING ONLY” (these are for boaters). Max’s Pizza has also offered their entire parking lot for us to use free of charge. THE TOWN OF SURF CITY HAS STATED THAT PAID PARKING IS IN EFFECT. IF YOU PARK ON ROLAND AVENUE, YOU WILL NEED A PARKING PASS OR YOU MUST PAY TO PARK
Parking at the park is free. However street parking does require a parking fee.
Yes, there is a water station on the 5K run
YES! there are restrooms at Soundside Park
All registrations before August 19 are guaranteed a race shirt in their preferred size. Registrations after August 19 may select from the remaining inventory while supplies last.
YES! On Shore Surf Shop will rent you a board/paddle/pfd, deliver it to the race, and take it back to the shop. Call to reserve your board today: +1 (910) 328-2232
REFUNDS: No refunds of entry fees.
DEFERRALS: Participants may defer their registration for a $10 fee through RunSignUp up to 1 month prior to the race date.
BIB TRANSFERS: Participants may transfer their bib to another participant through RunSignUp, up to 2 weeks prior to the race date. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to renee@racefullsend.com. Please note, it is against USATF and race rules to participate in this race with another runner's bib.
EVENT TRANSFERS: Participants may transfer to another event in the OverUnder Biathlon
RACE TRANSFERS: Participants may transfer to the Wishmaker 5K
All Transfers and Deferrals can be managed through your RunSignUp Profile
Yes, you may edit your registration by visiting your profile in your RunSignUp account.
