ORRRC Members Only Winter Party - free for ORRRC members
Welcome to the Ohio River Road Runners Club Annual Winter Party and Awards!
Please use this page to RSVP for the ORRRC Winter Party. It is always free for members, but we need a head count to order the provided main dish. You will also select the side dish you're bringing (with some limits built in), so we don't end up with 100 sides of mac 'n cheese, but no cookies. I mean, runners love pasta, but no party is complete without dessert! ;)
This registration also requires a waiver signature, just like all our other events.

It's party time for all current ORRRC members! The theme this year is Western attire! Come in costume for maximum fun! There will be a Photo Booth and professional photographer to capture everything, Free! This is a potluck so bring your favorite dish to share!
Please enter the number of people attending. If multiple individuals from the same family membership will attend, one representative from the family should register and account for all attendees in the total selected. Each current member may bring 1 non-member guest.
We have a cap of 150 for our venue and will have a waitlist open once that cap is reached. Please kindly inform us if you are unable to make it after you RSVP so that others may get off the waitlist.

Please also let us know what dish you will be bringing to the party. Your dish should feed about 8 people. You will select an option during registration - if we think we've got enough of an option already, you won't be able to select it - think of it as a chance to try that new recipe you saved months ago ;)
The club is providing potatoes topped with chili (meat and vegan) and cheese, water, tea, coffee, lemonade and 1 ticket for a free beverage from the bar. There will be a cash bar onsite hosted by the Antioch Shrine (NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL). We will have games, awards, raffle prizes, trivia and increased socialization, so whether you are coming as a group or solo, a good time will be had!

- potato toppings - steamed broccoli, fancy cheese, whatever floats your boat
