The one and only - Paczki Run
The run before the big day - Fat Tuesday!
Feel better about eating those paczki, or run the route to scout out your favorite place to purchase them. The 5K route winds through Hamtramck, highlighting the city that boasts “the world in 2 square miles.” After the race, paczek and beer are served to each finisher, and prizes for age group top finishers! Participants also receive a commemorative race bib and unqiue local artist designed t-shirt!
After the run, be sure to join the polka party and enjoy the city and all of its spectacular shops, bars, and restaurants! Day of discounts provided to runners by participating businesses.

T-shirts are VERY popular, and AWESOME! Register early to secure your shirt for the 2027 event! T-SHIRTS NOT GUARANTEED to those registering after AFTER January 24th.
Shirts are available in 4 unique paczki color. Sizes Adult XSmall thru 3XL.
T-shirts are designed by a local artist, and printed by a local t-shirt vendor.

HOW IT WORKS
Paczki Pair $3 discount is automatically applied during registration when you register 2 people at the same time
Paczki Half Dozen and Dozen Teams - Participants 1-5 will receive a $6 refund when team member 6 joins. Team member 6+ will automatically pay $6 less during registration.
Teams of 12+ will each receive a collector beer cup to enjoy their post race beer in. These cups are for Paczki Dozen teams ONLY. They will not be sold.

POST RACE FOOD & FUN!
Water, BEER, and Paczek!
Water will be available after you cross the finish line, where you will also receive a Paczek. Must present your race bib for a Pacezek. One per participant.
Beer will be distributed to those 21 and older near the polka tent after the run. Must present your ID to receive a beer.
RESULTS & AWARDS
The race is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results are live as you cross the finish line and texted to you.
Awards to the top Overall Male and Female Winners
Top 3 in each Male/Female age group: 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 80+
Stop in the registration tent after the race to pick up your award. Scan the QR code on your bib to see if you are an award winner.
