Description
Calvert County's Health Department Presents The 8th Annual Shatter the Stigma 5K run/walk!
EVENT IS FREE. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. (registration closes April 20, 2025)
Participants will run/walk 5K (3.1 miles) the Chesapeake Beach Railroad boardwalk to bring awareness to help shatter the stigma against substance use and mental health disorders. In addition to the race, there will be a "Be Kind to your Mind" health fair at Kellam’s Field with giveaways, games, local resources, food, and fun!
