WHAT IS MY RACE AGE?
All participants shall compete based on their age on December 31, 2026. USA Triathlon dictates that an athlete's age for all sanctioned races is determined by their age on December 31 of the competition year. Athletes "age up" at the beginning of the year, not on their actual birthday. For example, if you turn 35 anytime in 2026, you will race in the 35-49 year old category for the entire year.

Adult age group ranges (5 year increments):
19 & younger, 20-24 yr, 25-29 yrs, 30-34 yr, 35-39 yr, 40-49 yr, 50-54 yr, 55-59 yr, 60-64 yr, 65-69 yr, 70-74 yr, 75-79 yr, 80-84 yr, 85-89 yr.

All participants 18 years and older must bring a valid photo ID to athlete check in. NO PHOTO ID = NO RACE!!! If you are under 18 without a photo ID, your parent or guardian may show their photo ID.

Please do not apply sunscreen, oil, Vaseline or lotion until AFTER you have been body marked.
