Can't make it on Race Day?

Can’t Make It on Race Day? Here’s What to Do 🏃‍♀️💨

We get it — plans change! While CaliFlow Runs does not offer refunds (all participants agree to this policy during registration), we do offer flexibility to make sure you don’t miss out on your race experience.

Here’s what to do next:

1. Transfer Your Entry ✅

   • You may transfer your registration to any upcoming CaliFlow Runs event.

   • Visit CaliFlowRuns.com → Upcoming Races.

   • Choose your new event, then send us a message with:

     • The name of the race (not the date).

2. For Events With Shirts (Huntington Beach Events) 👕

   • If your new event includes a race shirt, you’ll need to pay the difference for that event in order to receive one.
