Awards will be made available for pick up at the Lake Metroparks Environmental Learning Center starting Monday, April 27. First, second and third in each category will be awarded.

Maddest Hat Contest

Are you mad? (All racers qualify!) Design a hat (or some sort of river-worthy headgear) and wear it April 25th. The “maddest hat” wins a prize! The more creative, the better— just go crazy! Hats must be worn during the race and fit under bridges (clearance approx. 140 ft.).
