Sustainable Glasgow's 3rd Annual Homegrown 5k

Sustainable Glasgow is excited to host their third annual Homegrown 5k on April 20, 2024 at 7:30 am.  This will be a timed race with age group awards, but joggers and walkers are welcome!  The race will begin on the Square in Downtown Glasgow, Kentucky and meander through beautiful neighborhoods and the South Green corridor before ending back on the Square.  Course closes at 8:30 am.  Proceeds of the race will benefit Sustainable Glasgow and supplement the Double Dollars program for the Bounty of the Barrens Farmer's Market.  Online registration will open Jan 30 , 2024

We will have a packet pickup and in-person registration on Friday evening before the race at First Christian Church, 1100 N. Race St from 5-7pm.  Follow the signs to the back of the church.  Registration and packet pick-up on the day of the event will open at 6:00-6:45am in the Gazebo.  Please register early to make sure you get a shirt on race day.  We will do a second printing after the race if needed.

This event with coincide with the return of the Bounty of the Barrens Farmers' Market to the square, along with Sip, Shop, and Stroll event on the Glasgow Square that will also happen on April 20th.  Stick around for great shopping and food!
