Description
Meeting at Washington-Liberty High School track, we will do drills, form work, sprints, and relays.
Sunday, July 6th from 9:00am-10:00am.
**any ambitious runner who wants to stick around and run additional laps with my adult clients is welcome to do so - I'll have a track session for those clients at 10am (no additional charge for any youth runners!)
