FOLLOW THE FACEBOOK EVENT FOR MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION AND POSTS
Come run/walk a 5K at Linemen's Lounge in Johnston City, Illinois on Saturday morning October 18th, 2025. The run will begin at 10 AM!
Halloween costumes are encouraged, but not required. Event registration pricing will go up after 9/30/25 to $30.
Linemen's Lounge will provide parking, restrooms, and will open early for the event. Water and Gatorade will be provided. Bring your friends along for some exercise and fun times! (This is being hosted at a bar, but children are welcome and this is a family friendly event.)
Register before October 6th to ensure you get a custom T-shirt. There will be extras, but no guarantee of your size so signup early! Shirts will have the logo on the front with event sponsors on the back.
There will be a racing timer at the finish line, but no official chip timing will be present.
There will be marked roads, water stations, and volunteers along the course. Course starts and finishes at Linemen’s Lounge. The first mile covers East Broadway, then the remainder goes down Jefferson Avenue to the high school, loops around the Scout Cabin twice, and comes back the same path to Linemen’s Lounge.
After the Fun Run, we can head inside Lineman's Lounge to use your registration's free drink token and have our medal ceremony and costume contest!
