Description
This is CDI's first Virtual Self Paced Run/Walk/Bike with your choice of 10k (6.2 miles) or half marathon (13.1 miles) and utilize up to the entire month of July to run and/or walk you way towards your goal!
ANYDAY. ANYTIME. ANYWHERE!
Track your personal progress (at your own pace!) using a fitness tracker, phone app, pedometer, etc. and log data daily or weekly to reach your goal. Use the treadmill, stationary bike, swimming, walking or running outdoors... anything that you can track the miles! Lets get out there and get moving!
All participants will receive a runners number to wear and we ask that you submit photos of yourself wearing the number while running or walking, you will also receive a competitors medal that we would also love a picture of! We will create a cool video to share with CDI once the virtual race is completed!
