The 45th Annual YMCA Harrisburg Mile presented by First National Bank is a summertime staple in Downtown Harrisburg. This race is for all ages, abilities, and communities – come and join us for our 45th year of sunshine (in between bouts of refreshing summer rain) on Riverfront Park. Following the race, participants can hang out on the riverfront and enjoy our free kids zone, food trucks, the Beer Garden, and more.

This one-mile course stretches down Front Street from Maclay Street to Boas Street, greeting spectators and Front Street residents with gusto! Our Half Pint heat is a 1/2-mile course designed for smaller legs, and begins halfway down the traditional course. If you want to upgrade your run, we hope you consider joining one of our special heats: the Corporate Challenge, Salute & Survive, and the Elite Heat.
