August 1-31, 2025 - 31 days - day 31 is rest day!
Join us on a challenge this month to strengthen your legs. Squats are a fundamental exercise that builds lower body strength, enhances athletic performance, and improves functional mobility. Squats, sometimes hailed as the king of exercises, might just be the most functional exercise you can do. Sitting down to read this, you did a squat. You’ll do another when you get back up, take the stairs, or get in and out of your car. It’s almost impossible to get through the day without doing a whole bunch of squats. They’re crucial to living and aging well.
Send Carolee an email @ caroleeluther@gmail.com at the end of each week letting me know how you are progressing. At the end of the month let Carolee know you have completed the challenge. Gotta love a challenge!
