Key Race Day Logistics
Runners can pickup their bibs from South Jersey RunningCo in haddonfield on Saturday 12/13 from 2-4:00pm or on race morning starting at 6:30am under the main aid station tent.
Use 5300 N. Park Dr., Pennsauken, NJ 08109 for GPS and look for Lot 2.
There are parking lots located on either side of the track. Please do not use the parking lot where LaScala's Birria restaurant is located - this is for restaurant customers and playground goers.
Lot 2 parking lot is larger and only for Loopy Looper runners, crew, and volunteers. Please print the parking pass located the the athlete guide and place in your dashboard. All cars associated with the event must have this parking pass. This parking lot is going to be closed for our event only.
Street parking is also available all around the venue.
If you plan on bringing an RV/Camper Van/Transit Van, please park in the last row (closest to the water) and do NOT block any
parking lot traffic. You could probably also park on the street out front of the venue.

The race will be chip timed, with chips on your bib and chips attached to your shoes. Timing will be managed by 2L Race Services.
Runners will have the allotted time to run as many laps as they can of Cooper River. We will not be counting partial laps and only full laps.
If you plan on taking an extended break and leaving for any period of time, please notify the timer or race directors.
Rules & Policies
Nope, only full laps count towards your total mileage.
Runners are allowed (1) pacer on course with them at a time starting at 11:00am. Pacers are not allowed to mule (carry runner's gear). Each runner will recieve (1) pacer bib that their pacer must wear.
Yes, but crews are only allowed at the start/finish line.
Yes, but only with caps on, no spikes.
Runner Set-Up
No, there's no gear check. However, all runners can use the field as noted in the athlete guide as a pit area for you to stash your sutff.
Yes, at the start/finish area at the track, there is a field you can use as a pit area for you to stash your stuff for the day. NO TENT STAKES are NOT allowed. Please come prepared to weigh down tents.
You CAN stake into the ground in the section of grass under the trees against the path and ONLY there.
We ask that you do not bring tents larger than 10x10. Absolutely no open fits/fire pit and no propane heaters or cookers.
You can also use your car as your pit if you want to in the parking lot or street.
Be respectful and leave your space as you found it. There are trashcans at track. Please pack up your trash.
On-Course Support & Amenities
Water and Tailwind (Naked and Dauwaltermelon flavors), as well as Pickle Juice. Misc items available throughout day will include: fruit, potatoes, veggie broth, quesadillas, grilled cheese, PB&J's, and more!
We strive to accommodate all dietary restrictions, including vegan options. We will have vegan options. However, if you have specific nutrition needs or hydration requirements, we encourage you to supplement using your pit area.
No. For Frosty Looper we only have the main aid station at the start/finish.
The venue has indoor bathrooms, but we will have additonal porta-potties for the race at the start/finish. There are porta-porties on the course as well. They get cleaned, but it's a public park, so don't rely on them be spotless. We reccomend carry extra TP just in case!
Nope. This is a cupless race. We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact. This event will be a cupless race, with the excepton of hot items. If you do not provide your own cup at the aid station you will NOT be given one. Bring one or purchase one of our reusbale cups. We'll have them available for purchase at packet pickup and during the race at the merch tent.
Awards & Finisher Details
Sure do! Except for those running the 100 miler. That's a buckle or bust race. Those runners will receive a belt bukcle.
Medals will be handed out as you decide to end your day. We will have an awards tent that you can stop by to receive your medal and any earned mileage awards.
There will be an award ceremony near the main aid station around ~4:15 PM.
There will be awards for the top 3 females and males.
