Get ready to lace up and embrace the sweetest tradition in Cape Coral! The Dunkin’ Donut 5K Dash is bigger than ever. This year, we’ve officially teamed up with Dunkin’ to bring you a high-energy morning of fitness, fun, and the timeless bond between law enforcement and donuts. 

It’s time to show Cape Coral that America really does run on Dunkin’! Whether you're sprinting for a PR or strolling with the family, you’ll run alongside Cape Coral’s finest and enjoy a course packed with spirit. Best of all, A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Cape Coral PAL youth programs, strengthening the bond between law enforcement and our community.

5K Run (Chip-Timed) 

1-Mile Fun Run/ Walk: Participants eat one free donut every quarter-mile
