Event Lead

The Event Lead is responsible for:
* Guiding the set up crew with the tent, games, tables, coolers, trash/recycling, etc.
* Checking in all swimmers and volunteer kayakers/SUP
* Giving the Safety Briefing for the Swim and the Bike
* Coordinating the Lead bike and the Sweep - No drop, Unsupported ride
* Food and beverages with Social Committee
* Clean up/tear down *Leave No Trace!*

Trailer Driver

We need an experienced volunteer driver with a vehicle that can pull the Club’s trailer from James River HS to the Park’s ramp and back less than a mile away (starting at 7:30am). Someone from the Club will meet the driver at the back of the HS parking lot and will help hook them up (*2” ball hitch required) and will follow to the kayak/SUP unloading area.

Event Crew (Set Up/Tear Down)

Help set up the tent, layout tables/table cloths, cuttlery, food, coolers, trash bags and recycle box, clean up, and return everything afterwards to the trailer.
