Christina Bohn Memorial 5K for PMDD Awareness Columbia, MO
Feel free to run, walk, or stroll the 5k course. The setting for the 5k is a beautiful trail with lots of trees, a lake, and a nature area with wild flowers, and vegetation. You will also see and hear a variety of birds. If a timed race is important to you, the participants will be timed. Otherwise, just come and enjoy the morning.
