3K Run/Walk
3K (1.85 mile) Run/Walk/Roll - All abilities welcomed! Dogs on fixed length leashes and strollers are permitted. Competitive race with awards presented for top finishers. Participants earn a commemorative race T-shirt (or select one of our "no shirt" options), Racecourse is 100% paved trail/roadway. No time limit

Kid's Dash
An untimed 200-yard dash for kiddos 9and under. There are no awards presented for this event. All participating children will earn a medal.

If you can't join us in person, consider participating as a virtual runner/walker. For a $30 donation you can run/walk/roll your own 3K in your hometown on your schedule and we'll mail you your commemorative race T-shirt.
