Miles For Medicine 5K Run/Walk

A chip timed 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk on the Legacy Trail in Lexington. 100% of the route is on paved or concrete trail surfaces. Participants receive a commemorative performance shirt as part of their registration. Awards presented for Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in 5-year age groups.

An untimed 1 Mile Fun Walk on the Legacy Trail. Participants receive a commemorative performance shirt as part of their registration. There are no awards for this event.

A fun kid's dash for children 10 and under. There are no awards for this event. Participants receive a commemorative performance shirt and participation medal as part of their registration.

If you can't join us in person consider participating as a virtual runner/walker and doing your own Miles For Medicine in your hometown on your schedule. For your $30 donation we'll mail you your commemorative race T-shirt.

We need 6-8 volunteers to work a 3.5 hour shift on race day (7:30am-11am) to help make the race great. Volunteers earn a commemorative race T-shirt for working your shift.
