In-Person 5k Run/Walk
In-Person 5k Run/Walk at Ada Hayden Park in Ames, Iowa to benefit Friendship Ark Homes & Community Services.

T-Shirt sizes guaranteed for all entries received by 6/12/2026. Sizes and quantities will be limited after this date.
Shot-gun start at 8:00 a.m. Early pick-up of race packets including T-Shirts for in-person entries will be available between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on July 2nd, 2026, at our office at 5820 Lincoln Way, Suite 101, Ames, IA 50014. Packet distribution on the day of the race will start at 7 a.m. on July 4th, 2026, at the shelter house at Ada Hayden Park in Ames.
Friendship Ark is a 501(c)(3) organization and a charitable contribution may be available for a portion of your registration fee and/or donation. Please consult your tax advisor for current IRS regulations.
The Bill Bergan 5K on the 4th is supported by a Discover Ames Community Grant, Sign Gypsies and Downtown Ames Fareway.
