6:20 – Opening remarks
6:30 – Meet starts - 400m (multiple heats)
6:40 – 1600 (2 heats)
6:55 - Kids 100 meter (kids 10 and under, kids do NOT need to register for this event)
7:00- 200m (multiple heats)
7:10 – 800m (multiple heats)
7:20 - 100m (unofficial hand-timed only)
7:30 – 5000 (one heat)
7:55 - 4 x 400m relay
8:10 -Donut Mile. 18 and up only. Donuts will be supplied by the FTC.
