Thank you for supporting RAPTOR Inc.’s 5K Raptor Walk/Run Fundraiser. The proceeds from this event will support our mission - to conserve our local birds of prey via rehabilitation, education, field research, and community service. The funds will help us purchase needed items such as food, medications, medical supplies, and educational resources.
On average, RAPTOR Inc. treats between 350 and 400 injured birds of prey annually at our Milford, Ohio hospital facility and returns most of them back to the wild. In addition, RAPTOR Inc. volunteers present ~350 hours of educational programming at schools, libraries, scout meetings, parks and similar venues, reaching over 18,000 guests each year. Through these programs, RAPTOR Inc. strives to form meaningful connections between our community and wildlife, leading to significant conservation action.
