The Gahanna American Legion Post 797 is hosting the 2nd Annual Walk In Our Boots walk/run 5K this Spring on April 20th in Gahanna at Veterans Memorial Park at Creekside. This event helps us provide support for 100 previously homeless veterans that currently live in a National Church Residence property. Our Post has decided that we wanted to make a long term commitment and not just provide gifts for veterans on holidays but rather really work to partner with someone like NCR and become a long term, year-long partner to keep their emergency food pantry filled as a start.
