Cider Mill Friends of Open Space & Historic Preservation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a volunteer (unpaid) board. We rely on donations, grants, merchandise sales, and fundraisers to accomplish our goals. We purchased the Kimlin Cider Mill at 140 Cedar Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY in order to save it from demolition. We are now working to restore this Town of Poughkeepsie landmark. Thanks to our efforts, the Mill is listed on the National and State Historic Registers and is also a Town of Poughkeepsie Historic Landmark.
