The Wellness Center operates as a non-profit entity under the Ouachita Parish Hospital Service District. We are committed to serving our community, educating members and non-members alike with nutritional coaching, self-defense classes, mental health seminars, functional fitness training, and providing an environment that encourages a healthier quality of life dedicating fitness as a lifestyle.
