Teams must register skier & rider together
Competition dates will be January 25 & 26 for Open, Sport, Snowboard, Youth and the top 10 Novice from Friday night.
In all classes, Horses and Skiers must register together up to the max number of entries.
Scoring for ALL CLASSES is the average of your teams' Sat & Sun times.
Open Class: Match format - Teams are considered to be the highest skill with open having the largest prize purse. Individuals are limited to 4 entries in open.
$200 per team
Sport Class: Match format - Sport class teams are considered to be intermediate level skill that may not have the experience to ride open. Individuals are limited to 3 entries in the sport class.
$160 per team
Snowboard Class: Match format - Snowboard class teams are the only class where horses may compete in other categories. Boarders are limited to 3 entries in the Snowboard class. Riders may register for Snowboard along with Open or Sport.
$160 per team
Novice Class: All Novice teams will get 1 run on Friday night. The top 10 teams from Friday will automatically be entered to compete in the main show Saturday & Sunday. Times from Sat & Sun will be averaged together to determine placing.
$110 per team
Junior Class: 1 match, either day Both rider and skier must be 14 or under to be eligible for awards. Up to age 16 can ski in the Junior class. Adults may pull junior skiers but are ineligible for awards.
Free entry (limited number available). Junior riders will select either Saturday or Sunday. Prizes are awarded Sunday.
Scoring, Standings & Prizes
Combined times (average): Your best time from Saturday will be averaged with your best time from Sunday on a per team basis.
Prizes: First place in each division wins a buckle & jacket
First through third in Open, Sport & Snowboard win cash ($20k total)
First through third in Novice & junior win really cool prizes from our sponsors.

Day Money:
30% of collected race entry fees will be paid out as Day Money in Open, Sport & Snowboard.
15% for Saturday, 15% for Sunday

The Fairgrounds will have stalls available for horses. They require shavings to be purchased from their vendor. Please come prepared for below freezing weather, including a plan to keep your horses water from freezing.
