Volunteer Opportunity: Feeding San Diego

MWR NAB Liberty is volunteering at Feeding San Diego on Tuesday, January 13 from 6:00PM- 8:00PM to aid with food sorting at their Distribution Center. This two-hour, hands-on volunteer shift may include cleaning fresh produce, packing boxes of food, or sorting through food that has been donated. This is a great opportunity to give back to our local community. 

Register online to join our volunteer group (volunteer cap -12 people). Beginning January 5th, MWR Liberty will contact all signups by email. Signups will be required to confirm they are volunteering no later than January 11, 2026. Every helping hand counts, and we want to ensure all spots are filled to maximize our impact. If you can no longer make it, please notify us no later than November 11th. 

MWR Liberty transportation is provided and will depart from  NAB Liberty Center at 5:15pm. Please arrive a few minutes prior to ensure we leave on time. Select your preferred transportation plans during registration. An LOA will be provided for your community service hours. Volunteers can expect to receive their LOA within 7 days of their completed shift.
