In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM), the SHARP team at 63d Readiness Division, CA will be holding a free Virtual Challenge!
Sign up for the Sexual Assault and Prevention Month virtual challenge.
63d Readiness Division wants you to accept the challenge to bring awareness and prevention to the Force by participating in this year virtual fitness challenge.
The Challenge
1Mile Ruck/Walk/Run = 20pts
Conduct 30mins strength training/exercise/fitness activity = 30pts
Spinning Class/Yoga 30/45 mins = 50pts
The recipients who rank in the top three positions shall be granted a virtual or in-person gift card.
SAAPM is an annual campaign to raise public awareness about sexual assault and educate communities and individuals on how to prevent sexual violence.
