Refund Policy
Wolf Pack Adventures will issue refunds within two weeks of the original date of a canceled event. No refunds will be issued if a cancellation is due to acts of nature, such as forest fires, pandemics, inclement weather, flooding, wildlife concerns, etc. Deferrals will be issued for events canceled due to acts of nature. No refunds will be issued to participants who withdraw or do not attend an event. No race "swag" will be mailed or held for participants who do not attend an event. Participants may transfer to another event. No refunds will be issued to participants who transfer to other events. We understand everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community, so we will allow injured runners to defer to a different race or event, defer their registration to the following year, or defer to another runner. For planning purposes, we cannot issue r injured runners.
Events are rain or shine. Routes can be muddy/wet. Refunds will not be issued for poor conditions.
