- Personalized Plans
We would first set up a time to talk or meet in person. I would evaluate your currant fitness level, goals and availability to train. This would determine how I can help advance you in running. I would then build a customized training plan for you. Your plan would include- goal paces, heart rate zones, specific types of runs, distances, duration of workouts, cross-training, recovery/rest days. You would receive the plan 1 month at a time. Weekly check-ins with your coach for progress or adjustments $55 for each month
-Individual Plans
A basic plan built for a goal race that you would execute on your own.
This would be for a self motivated & experienced runner. We would assess your fitness level and goals over the phone. I would design a customized training plan for you. This would be detailed with goal paces, distances, duration and specific types of runs. You would receive the full training plan all at once. $65 (1-time set training plan)
